What concerns me about this venture is the price of gold. Gold is looking good at the moment, but it is forecast to go down, when the FED in the USA increases interest rates ,which in turn raises the value of the US dollar. This we are told is bad for Gold as people see more value in the currency than in the metal.
It would not surprise me if a lot of money was spent to develop the gold resource only to find the price of gold had collapsed in 12 months and it was no longer viable.
I guess we have to put our faith in management, when it comes to these things.
