I am happy to be proved wrong but I think that’s a real possibility given the historical way this company has dealt with its assets, its spin offs, its cap raisings, strategic deals with private companies and most of all ( or perhaps least of all ) its shareholders .
It seems to me if the Board is replaced D Sargeant and A Jessup actually get a rather cumbersome weight lifted off their (reluctant?) shoulders and, free of any Empire accountability, can actually wander over to FYI where the living is easier to the extent their nine meetings last year to do with that company earned them $24,500 each ( http://www.fyiresources.com.au/media/files/2017-FYI-annual-report.pdf)
Better than Empire has done for them in years!

What’s your take on the why’s and wherefores and best outcome?
I know you trade the pips here and probably would not do that without some degree of confidence in the company’s assets.
And I know you have been watching the company a long time (watching like a fox?)
And you seem to have a good ear for street talk and rumour
Do you feel this is a genuine falling out between Brimstone and Empire or a legal waltz to achieve exit and exoneration?
