Man is this really starting to get messy. As indicated in the Ann. Brimstone has not paid the full amount of 1.1 mil to ERL with 1.02 mil still owing at 6th June and is apparently applying to the Supreme Court to stop ERL taking over their interests in ERL for the money
still owing. Also the timeline for holding a vote to replace the current Board As I understand it starting from the 25May, 2018, is three weeks to name a date, then two months to hold the vote which could be sometime in early August. Do we really need all this drama especially when there appears a conflict of interest in the move by Brimstone. Perhaps we, the shareholders, should think long and hard about changing horse in mid stream in supporting the replacement of the Board if it comes to a vote. Of course all in IMHO.
