No matter who is on the board at ERL the rules to repay any debt would be in accordance with any agreement that has been signed. The new board candidates seem like they are of a high quality, proven track record etc... I doubt they would make the debt suddenly disappear. This debt talk may be a red hearing from Empire to take the focus of themselves and their lack of achievements over the past years. If this debt issue wasn’t raised would everyone have a different opinion as to who would be the best board candidates? DYOR IMHO
