Its obvious imo the recent announcements are to get the price higher before raising capital. Still think they need around $20m to drill out satellite deposits and do full feasibility study on entire project.
Copper price above US$3.50 lb should easily see their project get debt funding imo. Might need to do a large underwritten rights issue with that debt funding as banks unlikely to lend 100% of project costs.
