Good evening Woltage
Thanks for your reply to my post however I think you may have missed the point which was no matter what investment strategy you employ weather it be Shares, Property, Cash, Superannuation etc the amount of time and volume of capital growth in these is largely unknown when we invest into them. It appears that you may assume that because I volunteered the fact that I hold property as a part of my diversified portfolio I must be on easy street, did it occur to you that whilst the banks may hold the titles I may hold the debt and as I am sure many would agree with the fact that holding property may bring a litany of problems. I bought into PNX when they were PNX Copper, I knew that they was a speculative stock and I hold faith that the management team know what they are doing and I am comfortable in maintaining the holding pattern for now. At the end of the day I own the decisions that I make and I am not prepared to cry about my investment decisions to anyone that will listen.
If you take a look at your notifications on HotCopper you will see that I have like your post, this is to give you some encouragement and something to show your friends and as far as the " mowing the lawn" goes I think my groundsman attended to them only last week but upon your recommendation I will check that the lawn behind the tennis court and to the East of my estate has been dealt with
Thanks for your kind contribution and enjoy your weekend
Cheers
