How can they do that? Any details on offshore deals is all hearsay until its announced and details are known. valuations can only be done on what is known and as specified in the report any price under this target provides an investor with a free option on future contracts and other ventures. This is the same mantra I have repeated numerous times myself for share prices under 30cps.
