Here's a REPOST of QUESTIONS I asked which had a certain poster suggest that they might take legal action against me.
Could it be fairly argued that Mr Chiu has benefited from the price decline?
Does Mr Chiu have any association with the company (i.e. is he or any of his family employees of the company)? Will he be offered a board seat soon?
Has this allowed him to get an inside run on information? Would that constitute insider trading?
Is this more of "creating a false market" of which the company has already been charged?
Does the reaction suggest that there may actually be some fire here?
