Here's something more that is interesting.
In the 2012 Annual Report, it is says that, as of 25 September 2012, Ying Ming Chiu & Miew Choo Teoh owned 6,109,700 shares. Since that date, a total of 5,623,269 shares, or less than 5% of the total market capital has traded. The Form 603 of 17 July has Mr Chiu holding 7,606,664 shares, a change of 1,496,964, representing 26.6% of all of the traded shares in NuSep as well as a 24.5% increase in his holding.
Where would the price be if Mr Chiu had bought none, or bought 50%?
Could it be fairly argued that Mr Chiu has benefited from the price decline?
Does Mr Chiu have any association with the company (i.e. is he or any of his family employees of the company)? Will he be offered a board seat soon?
Has this allowed him to get an inside run on information? Would that constitute insider trading?
Is this more of "creating a false market" of which the company has already been charged?
