Previously Torian has stated this objective (via presentations) but it has felt to me more like an aspiration than a priority. This announcement flags a clear intent to focus on the implementation of this strategy alongside continuing exploration efforts.

Yeh mate it obvious the new leadership want us to know they got rid of corporate high flyer bullshit and now it time to get their hands dirty. Unfortunately, the reshuffle resulted in some selling pressure.
