I wonder why NHC have decided to submit their requisition under the Rule that requires DTE to include the proposals at the next GM (which is the AGM), rather than do it under S249D, which would mean a separate and distinct General Meeting (which would only consider the spill proposals?).
maybe to save money, I guess?
