I have mentioned it before on the MRU board, but this time I have provided the page number and where to find it, so basically to get people to look at it themselves and make their own judgement. Perhaps the company are getting around that issue - I don't know.

Again, I think its a good company with management and cash - but a World Heritage Listed Area (WHLA) is exactly that. NW Trend (not Nyota) appears outside the area and there is a smaller resource there. Other Aussie listed stocks have tenements (some with JORC uranium deposits) in Tanzania OUTSIDE of the WHLA.
