Esh correct in all of that and the screen fire assays are a must especially at this stage with such a bias - it also instructive as i expect u know is to look at what the % -75um passing is of the final pulverising stage to determine how much "coarse" material is scattered in amongst the pile to be sub sampled - it can be a guide to where the problem is.
They need to have these checks put into the system - otherwise future programs basically become useless as u say for BFS - i have never not been able to solve these type of issues - at a cost yes, but far less than redrilling.
