From the RMS Fourth supplementary Bidder's Statement released 4/12/18.
"Ramelius advises that if the Alkane Transaction completes, it will seek approval to withdraw the bid before it lapses on 21 December 2018.
Of course they can change their mind and this latest development might cause that.
