    Hi floogie
    All IPOs state that they want to increase share holder value it is no more than a platitude and therefore a meaningless statement that should be ignored along with a can do attitude and never read the front of a prospectus before perusing the details "hidden" in the "boring" guts of the information which is always placed at the end of the document usually with out pretty pics
