This company is an absolute classic penny dreadful no matter what ever the company name has recently changed to or change of industry, they release reports straight out of the Directors Penny Dreadful how to screw over investors with more dilution and promises handbook.

As I posted earlier, typical report from a nothing company. draw squiggly lines and borders on a aerial map pointing out where leases/tenants are held, insert pictures of drilling rig and work crews out in the field, Add sales spin about how they are now involved in some multi billion dollar industry. With reports back from the lab on some samples taken from an old slag heap they discovered.

Insert photo of Graphite, even though I could probably find the stuff in my backyard if I dug deep enough.

All this to prepare unlucky investors for the next credit raising, with extra sales pitch and promises about how if they can just raise another 5m they will be able to start a more extensive drill program.

This company has been playing this game for years, amazes me there are still some investors taken in by it.
