If you look at a whole lot of penny dreadfuls, there is often a pattern. For reasons unknown to rational people, they go global with a MC of a couple of million dollars. You can almost guarantee this is a bad sign and almost always ends in shareholder tears. Even printing the word 'Chile' in reports costs money. Why cant they just stick with the word 'Cobar' until their MC is in the 100's of millions. Then they can go chasing rainbows with a bit more firepower and conviction (or stay in Cobar and make more 100's of millions).
