I'm considering similar. Especially concerning that they appear to have given in to idealistic 'governance' pressures. As if directors with absolutely no 'skin in the game' are going to give the company the above and beyond support it needs. Further, I understand the company is going through a R&D rejuvenation stage that does not appear commensurate with the directors backgrounds...

I however remain a strong supporter of the company and hope to be proved wrong.
