No - You are buying shares in the company that presumably owns the asset and your cost base was disclosed in the Appendix 3B. So how are your interests aligned with the other shareholders if you can't do a rights issue or buy shares on market at that price (unless you reconstruct)? I would have thought an investment at market would have sent out a better message of support.
PS. Will Raptor be charging fees for its engagement on top of the Directors fees
