    Hopefully you will not have to sell any more EVG shares to fund your new house. That could turn out to be a very expensive house in more ways than just its purchase price.

    I read that one poster sold his SLR shares to buy his fianc?e an engagement ring that at today's SLR price cost him over $250k!
