These ASX requirements are so confusing, eh?
I mean, it's pretty harsh to expect a director who has had a longstanding and distinguished career as a chartered accountant and business advisor and who is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Member of the Australian Institute of Management to know that the ASX expects him to file a declaration of his interests in the company shares when he becomes a director...
