It is good that Dave and the other Directors hold a "substantial" amount of shares and have options to align their performance to maximise the share price. Less shares to be shorted as well, hopefully!
This bodes well for the share price. Great product, great management, Microsoft contacts and large customers signed up eg Sears, showing confidence and demand in the product. Can't think of a better investment. On the way to being a 10 bagger, imo!
Happy to wait for relisting in the new year when everyone is back so that it can skyrocket on debut. Probably likely to break the high of 26 cents on the first day, again, imo.
