Just quietly, I would love to see Buddy sold down on the first day of trading, and I have a sneaking suspicion that I'm not the only one hoping the same, however I also suspect there's at least $5m to $20m in surplus cash and refund monies floating around from a heavily over-subscribed CR which would indicate that id have to be dreaming...

In all honesty, Buddy also appears to have quite a significant shortage of down-rampers... Where are these valuable detractors when you need them most?

I'm no expert in the field but I remain vigilant and always pretty skeptical of new listings on the ASX, both conventional and unconventional, especially when a resources sector which has driven an economy for decades is on the brink of collapse. The IoT is all about scalability and capturing market share quickly. Xped are trying to sell a business plan and its product offering is essentially competing head on with the likes of, Google, Samsung, Apple, Intel, etc, who are already operating in the same heavily over-crowded space. Another red flag for me is a recent announcement titled, "Xped granted lucrative patent in China." - how can anyone consider a Chinese patent to be lucrative? Patent protection isn't taken too seriously in China - if they like it, they will take your idea and wish you farewell, thanks for coming. Stealing patents has become an elegant affair in the PRC.

Buddy is a first mover in it's own space within the IoT and have attracted highly respected US VC funding, have developed and launch products, and are already fully operational and earning revenue from deals which have already been inked with some of the largest companies on the planet...
