I think there is a high likelihood of more upward pressure on water entitlement prices from here into CY18 which will translate into higher NTA for D20. Water flows into all the key markets are well down on last year, now that the season is warming up, I think more upward momentum is coming.
And yes, I'm a happy D200 holder today ;-)
