Got in on the IPO for the oppies alone, now seeing the directors buying up so aggressively makes me think the share price will shoot up when the register is highly concentrated in favour of the Top 20 (or Top 5).
Agree - a very unique stock because the focus is on income but the SP may well appreciate significantly in the year to come.
Maiden dividend was pretty generous too!
