Tembo Capital are tightening their grip on ORN, Mark Palmer is their new appointee. Tembo are excellent project managers, look at the Nazuri Copper/cobalt project which is enjoying favour at present with its cobalt resource. I wouldn't be surprised if they are increasing their substantial shareholder, I think last time I looked they had close to 20%.
