I think it's a real plus to get someone of his calibre joining the team. Someone with his background is not going to join a small company unless it has very bright future prospects. Makes me even more confident of their $32m guidance, Neil would have looked at the reasons for the sp plunge before joining the team and would not want to be involved in another down grade.
