There is a very odd dripping out of this stock, seems to sell (never shows on the offer side) and each day or few days dribble out tiny portions of the stock. Almost regardless of the bid price.. so if you put in an order anything above 4c, you will likely end up with a few shares, over the coming days, weeks and months.
