Not sure about your comment that America shoots negroes at an accelerated rate.

Are you inferring that this is a race based or politically based issue comparable to the issues the Mayanmar has faced?

The Washington Post reported 24 oct 2017 that the layest FBI stats have it that some 89% of black peoples who are shot are shot by other black people and that 81% of whites shot are shot by other whites.

Struggling to see the relevance to Mayanmar.
