I understand your logic, Its effectively a shell and if they buy anything... even a jims mowing service.. it'll rerate. However, with no timeline I'm not sure I'd want to pony up the doe. especially when we both know a few days before any meaningful announcement there will be an uptick in volume to indicate when to buy. Although you seem to have more patience with these things then I.
