So here is the calculation.
The floor was negotiated up from 35c to 50c hyro share price which is $6.87 Kitd share price. The floor calculation kicks in at the 6 month period ( around December ). So if the kit share price is $1, kit will have to increase the shares issued to Hyro from 2m to 14m, if the kit share price rises to it's 12 month high of $14 the value of the Hyro holding will be $144m divide by the Hyro shares on issue of 26m = $6 per Hyro share apprx.
