Hyro has NEVER turned a profit EVER!!!! (go and have a look at the financial public statements)

The company has been run into the ground especially over the last few years and it was good to see that Votsaris and Poiner withdrew there resolution (one day prior to the meeting) to seek nearly 3 million free shares for nothing. It would have been very embarrassing for them both to get voted down if the resolution was put forward at the meeting... maybe they knew the result prior :-) ?
