And if KIT dropped to 50 cents a share after they allocated shares to the shell (at the $1 your talking about) then the HYO shell (not the share holder) would receive about 25 cents?
Really you can play around with it anyway you like but in all its a PATHETIC deal negotiated by Votsaris and the board.
Lest just hope kit survive and are here with us in 6 months!
As for Mr Cohen taking a 10 million dollar turnover business to a 500 million dollar turn over business in 10 years is saying something.
