Rather USIS comprises 5% of drilling division (only)turnover. Assuming margins/EBITDA contribution are similar across the driiling division then this price hints that the whole drilling division is roughly worth %500 million.
I commented along hese lines a few weeks back when Transfield paid $575mill for Easternwell in December '10.
