re: Ann: IDL: Industrea acquires AJ Lucas UIS... I'm very disappointed with this news. IMO horizontal drilling should have been aggressivly developed into one of AJL's core business'- if it wasn't already. I expect there will be enormous demand for rigs and expertise with CSG and emerging shale gas in Oz. Ironically this would also have been one of the key value adds AJL could have brought to the table with Cuadrilla. It has me quite mystified how they arrived at this decision and I can't help feeling this was a decision forced by the current state of their balance sheet alone, ie. forced to sell one of the family jewels. Not happy! What are others thoughts on this? T
