I have had a good look at MDI in the last day or so James and your suggestion for holders here to have a look at it as is well worthwhile.
Going back over the last couple of years the similarities are very interesting right down to cash flows, shares on issue, share price and seeking acquisitions. If IND/IMD get up then even the Top 20 will have similar percentages. The only thing missing was a couple of HC Gurus.
The comparison also reveals again that IND has not been isolated in finding itself in difficult market conditions and that contrary to some popular opinion, the Directors have done well to reduce expenditure giving the Company scope to hopefully land a value acquisition.
