Reviewing the proposed acquisition will require a lot more research and I look forward to the input of experienced gold investors to appraise the holdings more thoroughly.
However what I have come up with is the purchase has a number of complexities with funding required for Marda and the WAP held tenements with IMD needing 2m by the end of Sept for Battler, British Hill and Parker Dome.
Then there will be the mining costs to consider.
The task for funding at this stage appears huge for IND/IMD, but they obviously have a plan to get started.
The MC for IND/IMD will naturally double upon the acquisition but the interest will be where to from there.
There would appear to be a huge upside over time but the initial interest by new and old holders is where will it go to upon re-complying with Chapters 1 and 2.
My initial thoughts are that 30m MC is not out of the question.
