Got to love stale holders.

Yes im sure you were all burnt in the past - but this is a new company now.

I was in SXG then BOK so these are great assets. Hopefully with the 22k oz p.a up and running successfully, it will generate a=enough FCF to to a debt/ equity split to fund Marda.

But noone can do anything now anyway - may as well read up on the assets.

The whole board will be changing as well - and if successful, I'm sure there will be a huge chance to get out.

Look at MDI - they purchased the sandstone mill from SXG/BOK.. which was only a tiny part of their portfolio - now with a 30+ mill m/c and rising.

Here's hoping the deal is successful and the process runs smoothly.

I'm sure there will be a CR - hopefully a SPP along with an insto raise.

PS - i only bought in as i saw a shell with no cash burn and a m/c equal chasing a gold project -and a good project they got. Not sure why all previous s/h are still so stale.
