Krb did just over 2 mill shares on the day they announced the indicative deal, so it is possible, especially if/when the deal is set in concrete. But yes, it trades very thinly as a norm.
Your post raises some good questions regarding their REE. I think personally that they will spread a bit of that DTG money around all of their prospects then stick with whichever has the greatest promise. If none look the goods, then further acquisitions would be the go. They aren't afraid to sell assets either, as shown by the recent deal (which I agree was a smart move)
But I guess what I was trying to say is that, once finalised, the deal will give KRB a number of non-dilutive options well in to the future which many juniors don't.
