I believe the sp will run again once the deal is set in concrete. As per the last announcement, Bergen will sell into the rally and offload (100% profit?) and cap the price for a period of time.
Having said that, they only have 1.5 mill shares which could be chewed through in a day.
I would hope management kiss them goodbye asap after receiving the funds. The contract clearly states it can be terminated at any time or a nominal fee.
With strong cash backing, further exploration success, without further dilution, should see some solid share price gains.
