Get real, no one with only $12million for exploration pays a dividend. Note also that top management own very few shares so it is even less likely.
The assets of this company after the sale will be cash and good exploration acreage, so it is a pity that the MD is a super scientist and not an explorer.
To date he has led us into a potentially worthless minority position and got us into a tight spot with an aggressive lender/stock acquirer.
With luck someone plucked a rabbit out of the hat with Daton to get us away from GETAX hence the share price rise and now we need to extricate from Bergen, who will presumably have less interest in being a shareholder of a cashed up pure explorer.
$12 million is only useful if it is well spent otherwise the cash backing is irrelevant other than minimising the risk of further dilution.
