re: Ann: Indicative Proposal by Daton to buy ... Pros: given tony alston's stake in the company, I am guessing he wants to be paid some special divis..so I dont expect the company to waste most of the cash on explorations. I expect them to pay out most of the cash in full to existing shareholders
Cons: we just sold the only asset (korella) that could have generated significant cashflows for shareholders in the future. Given the NPV of the asset far exceeds 12mil.
All in all. Its not going to be a ten bagger, but it's going to at least pay back loyal shareholders some of the losses.
