    "The indicative non-binding proposal contemplates a possible offer from Monument Mining to acquire all of the shares in CEN via an off-market takeover bid for 3.1 cents per CEN Share, valuing CEN at approximately $18.3 million."

    CEN's current JORC still makes it look cheap even at 3.1c
