There is no spark...exploration success has been modest. How many gold companies do you know that appreciate strongly during financing, building and commissioning? These are the highest risk/lowest return elements of the cycle.

EGA will be a buy once they start production on time and deliver runs on the board and cash in the bank. Until then they will need some serious luck with the drill bit to excite the market at this point. There is also an issue with real estate as well, it’s an unloved part of WA for goldies.

It’s undervalued and unlikely to drop much below 20c, but neither is it likely to go higher any time soon IMO. It’s a long, long-term investment!
