@peterpanned - Ore Sorter technology is mature. I've seen it running during a presentation and demo at the Tomra facility in Castle Hill. They are not far from my home in Western Sydney.

General concept is that is you minimise movements of waste material by eliminating waste material earlier in the processing cycle. It also allows the later stages of processing equipment to be optimised for recoveries. Minimising movement of waste and processing plant optimisation combine to improve OPEX.

Also if you go back to early announcements, early EGA trials were with Steinert and the more recent gear is Tomra. DFS doesn't stipulate which equipment they selected. I think they are keeping their options open as the DFS seems to contain generic assumptions.

Their general approach is to achieve a cashflow positive position early and upgrade the resource scale later. Drilling, drilling, drilling to define a large resource is dilutive for shareholders ( particularly when gold market sentiment is down ).
