just look at the declining cash position.....tells a story and its not all about expansion. and poor project margins are related to poor tendering and delivery and not "tight margins driven by market forces" as plenty of other companies do very well in same market. The negativity is based on fact, inflated SP is based on speculation that big V will be blind to the facts
