I suspect that the person/people at the ASX who decide which announcements are price sensitive only do a pretty cursory read and probably don't have in-depth knowledge of the company. In this case you'd have to know that Neurotech doesn't yet have FDA approval for its product in order to understand that a new distribution agreement won't have any immediate impact on the company's revenues.

My view — somewhat longer in term — is that these agreements, including the one with eemagine, are tremendously important even though they aren't yet producing any significant sales. We learned in Italy that even though we have all the necessary local/regional approvals to sell the device the medical profession seem to care primarily about FDA approval.

So it seems that we'll have to wait some months before the sales will start.

But when they do start I suspect that volumes and growth will be enormous. We have lined up sales, distribution, and support agreements in markets variously large, sophisticated and/or wealthy. We have an experienced design/manufacturing partner sorted to. We're all poised waiting for the critical piece to be ready.

I think of it as being like planning a road trip. It's a bit late to go shopping for a camper van after you've packed your bags and are ready to leave.

Our van is already sitting in the driveway, tanks full, ready for us to jump in and turn the key.

Our managers are doing an impressive job of implementing concrete measures in prepartion for the future.
