Overall a somewhat as expected announcement and it is interesting to note OEX has the upper hand now when it comes to paying lower contractor fees. I am not sure about that $58 dollar trade to pull the share price down. IMO must a broker trade because as far as I know retail holders can't place such ridiculous unmarketable trades in the market.
