the AGM is your best opportunity to get rid of directors. Bandari being ousted would do damage to the progress, as he is based in India and doing the political stuff that is necessary for getting things done in India.
However, If you ousted Bandari, the rest of the board will pay attention. maybe that is what they need.
what I gleaned from the progress report is that they are having problems with their partners, GSPC. perhaps they are not paying their bills (GSPC is famous for this) or maybe they are just being their normal cautious incompetent selves (they are also famous for this).
at least Ron has told us what is going on and has confirmed that he is having serious problems. that is a positive step. positive because he is no longer hiding the truth.
