The Lind funding was for 2 years $100K per month but has a floor price of 0.0125 so at present levels we have option to pay them cash instead of draw downs and we took 3 months end Oct so kicks in end of Jan 15.

Here is extract of announcement:

"OBL may elect to repay Lind cash in lieu of a share issue under the Agreement if the purchase price is less than a floor price of AU$0.0125."

There are options and obviously the full details of the agreement are not in the announcement to the ASX.
